Hi,

I want to restore a database called agency_quiquiriqui.backup.

Using postgres 8.4.12 the "ok" button is not activated, as the postgres.png

I installed postgres 9.6.4 and receive the message, as shown: tela_psql.png
<http://www.postgresql-archive.org/file/n5979936/tela_psql.png>

I tried using the command line and I also had an error, as shown: cmd.png

How can I recover this file? Can someone help me?
