Veil 9.5.0 has been released. Get it from pgfoundry, or

This is just a version and documentation bump to support postgres 9.5.
Html documentation is included in the tarball but I am currently unable
to update the docs on pgfoundry.
Veil is a toolset to support the building of Virtual Private Databases.
