Oh, I see it now :( On the build host, I have 1.4.0 from somewhere else
that I don't remember :( So, I just added libgeotiff 1.4.0 to the
repository. Sorry about that.

I see the problem now: EPEL package has not been pushed to the repo. Ok,
I pushed our version to our repo.
