Please provide the version of Postgres and of PgAdmin and the Operating system

Hello:

I just installed PostGreSQL trying with th eintention to run the MINT Europeana tool.

They give the following instructions:

I cannot get the PostGreSQL to give me the situation described in the second screenshot of the instructions.

Please help me get there.
