 I have installed the new version 1.10.2 twice.
   - on a Win XP Pro edition: no problems.
   - on a Win XP Home edition: pgAdmin crashes on start.
 A screenshot with the German error msg. is attached. It says: "Could not
 initialize application correctly (0x0150002). Click "OK" to close." I have
 no clue as to the cause.

 Upgraded from v.1.10.1 to v.1.10.2.
 Tried downloading from a different mirror and re-installed: same result.
 OS: Win XP Home edition SP3
 v.1.10.1 works again after downgrading.
