[i18n] German error messages for JDBC

Hi, again.

Since my mail bounced back to me (size limit exceeded), I've uploaded
my .po-file to the following location:

Maybe you should think about loosing the restrictions a bit. 40k
seems to me more appropriate.

Please drop me a line when you successfully downloaded it, or even
when you're having problems getting the file.

Hello,

searching for a Java DBC for postgreSQL, I've come across the i18n
part of your site.
Due to the fact that the German translation of the error messages was
more than incomplete, I tried my best to improve the situation.

I've run my .po-file through the test you recommended and it passed
without any warnings, so I assume that I did everything right.
Since this is my first attempt at i18n, I don't know about the
header information. Please feel free to edit it at your own needs.

I hope that this can be of any assistance to your project.
