Can PostgreSQL's Stored Procedure return a ReccordSet?

Hi,
Can PostgreSQL's Stored Procedure return a ReccordSet?
I want to send a parameter to stored procedure, and receive a recordset.
Is that possible?
How to do it?
Could I have a example? or where can I try that example?
