It is possible to access another DB from PG through ODBC?

Hi all!
I would like to access a DB that has its ODBC driver
defined through postgres. This is something like
mapping the whole database or some tables and have it
as it where PG tables, manage them and their data.

In MSAccess you can do something like this, it is
possible in PG?
