The build fails with the following error
gmake[3]: *** No rule to make target `utf8_and_shift_jis_2004.o', needed by
`utf8_and_shift_jis_2004.so'.  Stop.

When I checked, I did not find the utf8_and_shift_jis_2004.c file in the
parent directory
