I'll be glad when it is ported to Win32, this is what PostgreSQL needs for
it to start really competing with MySQL.

There are actually 3 seperate projects working on porting Postgres to
WIn32-native. The core developers expect that one or more of these
efforts will succeed before the end of the year, possibly even in time
for PostgreSQL 7.3 (expected sometime in September-October).
However, no Win32 native version is working at this time. Use Cygwin.
